Vance Building now has a Bike SPA. Alta Planning in suite 206 is partnering with the Vance Building in showcasing a variety of bike storage solutions for bike commuters. There will be a kickoff sometime in April to show the community and tenants.

Second Floor tenants are the big winners of the Second Vance Building Electricity Conservation Competion. They reduced their electricity consumption by 13%! Capitol Hill Housing staff did a particular good job of reducing!
